If you are a physician or from a physician’s office and would like to refer a patient to the North Iowa Eye Clinic, P.C. please contact us at 641-423-8861.  One of the North Iowa Eye Clinic providers will be happy to speak with any referring physician regarding a patient. 

If you are a physician and need to speak with an ophthalmologist after office hours, please call the Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa operator at 641-428-7000 and ask to speak to the ophthalmologist on-call. 

If you are making arrangements for a patient to be evaluated at the North Iowa Eye Clinic please have the patient sign a HIPAA compliant medical records release form.
